Day 10 Good morning and welcome to day ten of this fourteen day series focusing on God’s love for Israel. Yesterday we looked at the repentance of Israel.
After the traumas of the tribulations, and when God sends a spirit of grace and supplication upon Israel, then the Jews will receive Christ Jesus as their Messiah when he returns in power and glory.
Matthew 23:39 ‘For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”
Revelation 1:7 ‘Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him.’
Zechariah 12:10a ‘They will look on me, the one they have pierced and they will mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for an only child.’
Isaiah 63:1 ‘Who is this coming from Edom, from Bozrah, with his garments stained crimson? Who is this, robed in splendour, striding forward in the greatness of his strength?
When Christ Jesus returns in power and glory then Israel will know he is their Messiah who has come to rescue them out of exile and gather them in his arms and lead them back to Jerusalem.
Hasten the day!
Tomorrow we look at God gathering His beloved Israel.
Thank you for reading this and your encouragement.
