Day 7 Good morning and welcome to day seven of this short series focusing on God’s love for Israel. Yesterday we looked at the end-time tribulations that Israel will face.
God has an eternal purpose to achieve through these tribulations but nevertheless He will protect a remnant of His people through these days of distress..
Revelation 12:14 ‘The woman was given the two wings of an eagle so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the desert, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time.’
Isaiah 43:2 ‘When you walk through the fire you will not be burned, the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy one of Israel your Saviour.’
Exodus 9:25 ‘Throughout Egypt hail struck everything in the fields…The only place it did not hail was the land of Goshen, where the Israelites were.’
Just as God protected Israel whilst they were in captivity in Egypt, and during the outpouring of the plagues, so God will protect the remnant of Israel during the onslaught of the beast.
Just as Moses brought Israel out of the clutches of Pharaoh, so Christ Jesus will lead the exiled Jews out of captivity from the end-time beast and lead them on a glorious procession into Jerusalem.
Tomorrow we look at the brokenness of Israel that comes through the tribulations. To get there please click here.
